Institutional Foresight Architecture
FW.VISION is a founder-led AI-native think tank. It publishes open, citable frameworks for long-horizon institutional design, governs strategic funds using those frameworks, and incubates ventures that operationalise them.
The Thesis
AI enables companies of tens to outperform companies of thousands. FW.VISION operates as its own case study in this thesis: a small human core orchestrating a fleet of specialised AI agents to produce institutional-scale research, governance, and advisory.

1. Futures Research and Scenario Formulation
Evaluating possibilities through the Foresight Scope (APPETITE model). Formulating futures worth actualising. Publishing scenarios, frameworks, and signal analysis. This is the intellectual engine: open infrastructure that propagates through adoption and citation.
2. Strategic Fund Governance
Providing long-horizon governance architecture to strategic funds pursuing specific futures: food sovereignty, digital independence, climate resilience, innovation infrastructure. Governance frameworks reduce risk and extend time horizons, enabling larger, more resilient fund structures.
3. Venture Studio Incubation
Owner-operator model for early ventures. Two-tier structure: Horizon Studio (internal ideation, hypothesis testing, partner recruitment) feeds Futures Foundry (independent portfolio entity with equity-based partnerships). Every venture uses the same governance frameworks FW.VISION publishes and governs with.

Francis operates FW.VISION as the commercial application of validated intellectual infrastructure: frameworks developed through personal research (published at findcongwang.com) are adopted as proprietary governance tools for institutional clients.
The firm is deliberately AI-native: a fleet of trained AI agents operates as the primary research and production workforce, governed by the same CITAble framework published in the FW.VISION lexicon. This is not a future aspiration. It is the current operational model.

Thinking and Actualizing
FW.VISION explores the underlying possible trajectories of the future: it formulates scenarios, evolves them as signals change, and judges which futures are worth actualizing. It does not build the ventures itself.
Operational partners actualize the futures worth building. Synchronous I&D Labs Inc. (SyncIDLabs) hosts the projects that become ventures, and the funds that host ventures innovating in alignment with the trajectories FW.VISION theorises. FW.VISION thinks and governs; SyncIDLabs actualizes.
Both run on the same intellectual property: Hybrid Intelligence, the practice of human-centric agentic scale, and the CITAble assessment that measures whether a venture is future-proof. FW.VISION uses the CITAble framework to assess businesses and ensure strategic alignment of futures.
